Almost a year post concussion, Need an advice

Hello all,
Its been almost a year, would like to share my experience,

it seems lately that every night I sleep with a pillow I wake up with headache, after it was gone for months.
I wish I would've remembered mark advice about posture, I didn't think I have to worry about my neck anymore.

Regardless, I have numbness and limb pain that come and go,
mostly absent, and since I went to doctors and did tests even emg, I have no clue if that could be related to my neck injury, and what could be done to make things better.

Thanks to everyone who spend time to help others and share their wisdom

Have you tried sleeping without a pillow or using a very low one? Also, are you fully relaxed when you fall asleep? I used to wake up gasping because I was anxious at night.

Apparently anxiety is no longer the case,
Will try sleeping without pillow hoping that was the case.

Here is what was left for me to deal with now, almost a year after my injury
I still feel some pressure and discomfort behind my right eye,
Sometimes I get tension headaches, nothing too serious.
My limbs would fall asleep much easier than usual, and also I get muscles pain with no apparent reason.

My progress so far:
Improved sleep, no longer get dizzy, nausea is gone, and headaches are mostly gone.
Got back to work returned to normal life activities.

Need some advice, can anyone relate to my eye condition?
Is it uncommon?

I have the same issue, pain behind my right eye. I'm a year post injury.

I'm not a doctor, so I could be wrong here, but my understanding is that it could be one of three things:
- referred neck pain
- eye strain being caused by some underlying visual issue, like convergence problems
- palsy/damage to one of the nerves that control your eye muscles

Have you had a full exam by a specialized optometrist or opthamologist?

I had an optometrist rule out any major issues (I did have convergence issues initially, which they think are now resolved) so in my case it's probably one of the first two things above rather than the third thing. But either way I'll be seeing a neuro-opthamologist to try to figure it out.

My eye pain is more pronounced if I look to the extreme left, or if I'm looking off to the distance. There's still something subtly off with my vision, I see everything sharply but motion still throws me off. It's a bummer because I still can't drive very much.
