ADHD and why I知 afraid to take adderall now

Hi, I apologize if this isn稚 the perfect place for this question but I知 having trouble getting into the psych forum.
I have been taking adderrall since I was 18 and it used to help calm me down. This past month when I take it I feel very worked up, paranoid, and I feel like I have to be doing something. Is it possible that my brain chemistry has changed and I am not reacting to the medication like someone who has adhd and now I知 reacting to it as someone who doesn稚 have adhd? Thank you

It is possible, best suggestion is to ask your drs, a change or new med may be needed..
