Right hand colder than left

Hi,

Just wondering how common it is to have one hand colder than the other? If my right hand which is the symptomatic side is always colder than the left does this mean I have some kind of vein compression or is it simply a sign that there is some nerve compression? This symptom is one that isn't painful, but it is a bit concerning and annoying.

I don't really get the numbness and tingling, mostly the pain symptoms into the arm hand elbow under clavicle, shoulder blade, neck etc. Does anyone else get these types of symptoms without numbness and tingling?

Compression /impingements can also come from soft tissue, postural causes or other more surgical causes....
I didn't have a triggering event like a fall or car accident etc..so I figured soft tissue/posture caused.. and that was the major factor for me.

My PT believes the same thing for me. It wasn't a particular event that caused it. Repetition of the same movements thousands of times over, staying on the computer playing games for hours on end.. high stress etc. They think all these basically racked up and hit me at once. I feel like most of my symptoms are coming from a soft tissue compression via the pec minor.

It's just mind boggling to me that something like this can cause so much pain and so many symptoms. What a drag! The worst is the mental fatigue I think. :(

The corpse pose with proper diaphragmatic breathing can help with stresses & relaxation of those tight muscle..
lots of little things...
Healthy diet , keep hydrated ( dry internal tissues get sticky)
reduce any toxins = junk food, other overly processed food, drinking, smoking..

Maybe look at some supplements.. good multivitamin , grape seed extract, MSM, calcium/magnesium.
We have a vitamins forum here for more info on that.

Maybe try CBD or hemp oil products if legal for your area..

I tend to look at main stream alternatives & self help, unless a MD is actually needed.
