attention span issues??

I lose interest very quickly now a days. I haven't found anything that can hold my interest very long. It is frustrating to no end. I have many activities within my home available to me but no interest. It has gotten worse over the years...I am over 6 years out. I can remember back to prior to my TBI and not having this issue. If I was always like this I would know no different.

Has anyone else experienced this? How do you cope?

I make a lis of what I want to accomplish and stick to it unless life requires a diversion from it for the moment, day or further.
