Tarlov cyst?

Hi all, i have a question about tarlov cyst. I've been having back and hip pain for about 3 years now, to the point where im lying down 80% of my day. 2 years ago i was diagnosed with greater trochanter tendonitis of my hips from having one leg 1 1/2 inches longer than the other. In September 2018 i ended up in the er because of drop foot and numbness in my saddle area. It came back that i had 3 dics buldges in my lumbar spine with nerve impingement in l4 nerve root. I was sent home and told to go to my family doctor. He sent a referral to an orthopedic surgeon, but apparently the wait is up to a year. 4 weeks ago i woke up to find my other foot numb and the numbness in my saddle area got much worse along with the pain. They sent me for another MRI to rule out cauda equina. The mri came back same as before but it said i also have a dialated nerve root sleeve around s1. I googled it and all that comes up is tarlov cyst. My question is is this a tarlov cyst? My family doctor send another referral to a neurosurgeon but the wait there is 6 mths.

We have a Tarlov cyst sub forum, or use the search tool to find post mentioning Tarlov in all our forums.. https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php

I would ask.. is the leg really shorter? , or are hips actually uneven making the leg seem shorter on one side.. Did any drs actually measure & compare hips, knees, shoulders for level or not?

If no obvious surgical need shows in MRI and other imaging.. might consider expert chiropractic , PT or body worker for whole alignment assessment.. and they may be able to help get discs back into place.

Thanks for your response, i will check it out. No i have an actual leg length discrepancy. I was born with a clubbed foot, so my whole left leg is smaller than my right :)
