RC problems! i think...

Hi... i got an RC retreated 2 years ago. lower 2nd molar. I am scared to death. I already had a nearby (nextdoor) RC retreated and got hyperacusis ten years ago, and ear pain. Ruined my life.

Now this. I went to the endo who was very nice but said... no, RC is fine, must be the crown. Dentist said, deep clean. Then we will replace the crown. Hack and saw away. No can do, i have severe neck degeneration in discs.

I researched and want to remove the whole thing! No deep cleaning, (ozonated oil is working).

Problem is when I yelp on oral surgeons in the Bay Area where I live in CA, very hard to find one with good reviews who doesn't charge a fortune, isn't booked up months in advance. etc.

So I may go to a conventional endo for a cone beam. Or... is going to Tijuana an option? Feeling confused? Thanks. I have heard too that dentists often won't read other dentist's scans.
