Cramps in legs and hands

Hello, I am a 76 year old female. Except for my Problems with back pain and neuropathy I would be in good health. I joined this group to check on others symptoms, and also see if anyone uses a product that really helps. I do not have diabetes. Lately, I have been having cramping in my hands. This is a new symptom for me. ;)

Hi Cammieguy

Welcome to NeuroTalk; I hope that you will find the community as knowledgeable and supportive as I have :).

The peripheral neuropathy forum is very active so I am sure that if you share your experiences there you will get lots of good ideas from other members.

Best wishes.

Depending on your state laws, my wife has neuropathy really bad, she applied to the state of Florida for a medical marijuana card.
I apply this jel pen with the substance in it to her wrists and top of her feet daily, has really improved.

Are you on top of Magnesium. THis mineral has been discussed a lot here and there are plenty of posts on it and Deficiency of Magnesium.

Grape Seed Extract could help with the neuropathy too as I have some and know years of grape seed ex keep it manageable.

I'm 81 soon and hate to say it but old age and wear and tear isn't nice to us as we age. There is so much we can take to help reduce our issues.
