Could I have a concussion from this low speed collision?

Just about 2 hours ago, I was putting my car in the garage and I hit the wrong pedal and hit a fridge that was standing a couple inches in front of the back wall of my garage head on. I must've been going 5mph. The doors of my fridge will not close anymore, and I'm going to have to throw it out. It still technically works and doesn't look like it's in terrible shape, but there's a noticeable dent in it where my car struck it. My garage's back wall is fine, the car is undamaged.

As for myself, my head didn't whip significantly, airbag didn't go off, seatbelt did not lock, head did not strike anything, did not lose consciousness, no amnesia, no neck pain, no cognitive or neurological symptoms that I can uncover from some rudimentary tests I did. I do have this very slight headache that comes and goes, but I've been having the same type of headache for weeks now, and it seems to me that it's related to anxiety.

Concussion seems unlikely to me, but I am an anxious person, and whenever similar stuff has happened to me in the past (running over a parking block, driving over a pothole, braking hard), I reassured myself by reminding myself that there had been no collision involved, and thus concussion was impossible, but obviously I can't use that here....

Can't figure out how to edit my post, so adding some more details here:

no history of head injury.

this morning, I've had some slight neck pain on the sides of my neck, mainly noticeable when I roll my neck from side to side. The collision was fully frontal and my head didn't roll side to side during the accident, so it might be due to sleeping awkwardly.

I've read some material that says whiplash injuries can occur with just 5mph impacts, but I'm pretty sure that I'd be in much greater pain if I had whiplash. The literature on motor-vehicle related injuries from low speed impacts seems to be completely focused on rear-end impacts, rather than frontal impacts like mine. Could I be in the clear, even despite the fact that a collision took place?

I know that not every collision results in a concussion but the literature makes it seem like it's very easy to cause.

You read unreliable stuff. 5 MPH of head into concrete could be a concussion. 5 mph of a car into a concrete wall with the person in the car just jostled about is not a concussion.

Anxiety will take any minor sensation and make it 10 times more noticeable. The anxious mind will get stuck thinking about that over-dramatized sensation and make it even worse.

Regarding concussions, this is Concussion Anxiety Syndrome. It is not in the DSM yet but it is at epidemic levels after the movie Concussion.

Not even enough jerk to be considered a Sub Concussive Impact. 800 to 1000 Sub-Concussive Impacts over a sport season (soccer, football, hockey, rugby) can cumulatively be a problem. The key issue is the brain never gets a moment away from the game to settle down.

One sub concussive impact from time to time is meaningless.

If you air bags did not go off or if your head did not smack hard into the window, you did not come close to a concussion.

When you total you car, come back and we can help you.
