Root Canal and small fiber neuropathy

Hi.
I'm wondering if anyone had a tooth root canal since they discovered they had neuropathy? I probably will be needing one and I want to know if it will have any impact on my small fiber neuropathy. It seems like everything does....

I've also have a couple root canals since onset of SFN, and no problems.
