Hard lump in my jaw

Hello!

I had my impacted wisdom tooth in the lower left side removed last Feb 16, 2019. I decided to have it removed because i was in pain but I can bear it. They had a panoramic xray and showed both my tooth are impacted. The surgery went well though it felt like the longest hour of my life. The dentist had a hard time removing my wisdom tooth, she said my mouth is too small its difficult to move. After the left wisdom tooth was out I did not push through with the right one. My jaw was in pain because of prolonged opening of the mouth. I easily get this numb feeling but with pain. We have this term in the Philippines "ngalay" that doesn't have a direct translation in English. Here in the PH, we don't use general anesthesia for wisdom tooth surgery thought the local anesthesia worked fine.

Fast forward one week after the operation, I felt fine. The dentist said I am healing perfectly. I took amoxicillin 3 time a day for 1 week btw after the operation. I told her I can feel a lump in my right jaw but it was on my premolars, away from my wisdom tooth. She then prescribed Com-amoxiclav 2x a day for another 5days, which I did not take. I felt like i was over the antibiotics.

1 month post operation: I am feeling well, the site where the wisdom tooth was removed healed properly. My face was not swollen anymore 2 weeks after the surgery. Though the lump was still there. It feels like a stone inside my cheek. It doesn't hurt when you don't touch it.

Weeks past and the lump was still there, it came to a point that it doesn't really hurt even when you touch it. But came last week of March and I needed to go to another dentist to have a second opinion. The dentist prescribed me with just a Vitamin B complex. He suggested to have a dental xray but I said No cos my health card doesn't cover it.

2nd week of April - I can feel that the lump is hurting again, it came to a point that the left side of my face is swelling. 3days of swelling but the pain is bearable. I decided to go to a InHouse doctor who is a general physician provided by my health card. His first diagnosis was stones in my submandibular gland. he then requested for an ultrasound. They can't find anything. I, then went to another dental clinic and consulted another dentist (3rd dentist so far) and had a dental xray finally and they cleared me, they cannot find any infection anywhere in my mouth.

My partner told me to visit a specialist, we then went to an ENT. Good thing the doctor specializes in the neck. I told him the story, he then prescribed me 1 week of Clindamycin 3x a day. The swelling went away. The lump is still there. His initial diagnosis is a MANDIBULAR MASS; left r/o neoplasma. I was worried.

Tomorrow I will have blood test CBC and creatinine to check if I can undergo CT scan with contrast for my neck and mandibular.

Please pray for me. I am praying and hoping that all is well and nothing is serious will come up, though everything sounds so serious right now.
