Concussion Set Back w/ Minor Head Contact

Hey all, this is my first post but after reading through many threads, this seems like a great community.

27 year old active male.

Backstory: I suffered my 2nd concussion while playing ice hockey in November 2017 and it took around 11 months of PT to recover; though I can say I never fully recovered, I was probably 85-90% better. Never did play hockey again.

December 2018: a cell phone hit my right ear and my head starting ringing and all my concussion symptoms were immediately back: dizziness, difficulty focusing, light sensitivity, brain fog, headaches. It took about 1 week to recover.

April 18th, 2019: I took a very light hit by my wife's elbow as we both rolled over in bed. No pain at time of contact and hardly thought about my concussion. The next day I went to the gym, ran, then took a 1/2 hour cat nap. After the nap, I woke to all my symptoms: dizziness, difficulty focusing, light sensitivity, brain fog, headache... but this time I have pressure in my ears.

Has anyone else experience set backs with with such minor head contact?

Thanks in advance for any insight.
