NEW No Pain (RSI Away) Software

Hi All,

I found this new and relatively cheap software called No Pain (RSI Away) in the Microsoft Store on Windows 10.

I've been using it and it seems real good and useful!

No Pain (RSI Away) in the Microsoft Store

The ad for it says:
"Prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI) and carpal tunnel syndrome from computer usage. RSI Away sends you a Windows 10 notification after a specified number of minutes to remind you to take a rest. Features 6 medical infographic pages that suggest several exercises to perform on each break (from 28 exercises total)."

Definitely worth the few dollars I reckon.

Hope this helps you too. :grouphug:

Cheers :)

Also free RSI break software to try, some with stretches and some for vision breaks too.

Safety first!

I don't like trusting 'free' apps that are not checked first by official company stores (e.g. Microsoft Store, Google Play Store or Apple App Store), thanks though

These types of programs might help with avoiding RSI's , but if you are having ongoing symptoms you will need more interventions.
