Pain in adjacent teeth after decayed wisdom tooth removal

Hello, I got both my upper and lower left wisdom teeth removed on May 25 (so about 3.5 weeks ago).

While my bottom tooth seems to heal fine, my upper left area does not fare as well. Although I don't feel any pain if my jaws are not clenched together, my upper 2nd molar and some next to it starts to feel pressured and pain whenever I chew (even with something soft like salmon). My extraction site doesn't seem to have any pus; I don't taste any foul smell in my mouth. But I am very well aware that my those upper teeth are sensitive when I try to clack my teeth even a bit.

Should I be worried or is it normal healing? Thanks for reading!
