Radiologic report

Hi, a friend of mine had an accident with brain surgery. I have a radiology report. Is there someone who can take a look ant tell me how bad could be?

Ask the doctor.

I didnīt mention that the accident was in asia and i am in south america. This is the reason why I am looking for an opinion online
besides that I think a second opinion is quite a good thing

Hello olbapnairda
Sorry to hear of your friend's accident.
Just so you know, our forum members are primarily patients who share their own experiences and information, much of it very valuable to others also dealing with similar issues, but they are not medical professionals who would be able to provide a second opinion.

I understand. Anyway I am in groups consisting of patients and several times they can provide really good opinions because of their own experience and year long interest. For example I was participating in a group about benzodiacepine recovery and better not ask the dr coz in most cases they were responsible of abusive prescription... patients were figuring out own ways out (based in consulting good drs many times) and contributing in the forum. I am not looking for a second opinion but just opinions about how bad could be. I donīt intend to give treatments to de patient but just have an idea of how bad could be cuz it affects my life

There is a big difference between benzo sharing withdrawal information and experience and other PCS experiences and reading X-Ray images.

We share about those other issues routinely.

You are asking about the written report only, and not the images correct?

The medical terminology in the reports, you can do a web search for the words you or friend don't know is a good way to figure out some of it..
And knowing those can better help when you see the drs..

Medical dictionary online, imaging terminology, head or brain medical terminology..those should help you to find out what the report says..
