Need opinions

So I saw a PA yesterday for some discomfort I’ve been having in my face and jaw and she said it’s probably Trigeminal Neuralgia after spending 10 minutes with me. Would just like to get some opinions.

A little background info. I’m 30 years old. I’ve been under a fair amount of stress and anxiety the last 6 months.

About 3 months ago I started to get like cramps in my temple area I struggle with tinnitus so I figured it was from crunching my face together or the stress. I can normally rub it and make it go away. Was never painful just annoying. It’s still does that but now I have a slight burning sensations feels like a sunburn that come and go mainly in the left side around the eye but it does affect other areas of the face even on the right side sometimes or in the forehead the burning started about 2 weeks ago. Again this really is not that painful maybe a 3 on a pain scale more discomforting and annoying. Also have been having a dull pain in the upper teeth on the left side, it feels like the tooth or gum is just tightening up and the releasing. Or there is just pressure up there. Did any one else’s TN start this way I’m hoping the PA is wrong and it’s TMJ or something like that.

I’m very worried that this is something I’m not going to be able to handle if it is TN. Any opinions are greatly appreciated. Thank you

Also i have no trigger points like I can brush my teeth and shave with no problems and be out in the wind and chew gum. I know some people say they have trigger points. Thank you

A good dentist, or good chiropractor should be able to sort out if TMJ vs something else like TN..
Chiros can adjust the jaw if needed..
