What else can i do?

Hi. I had a long work week.. I am 35 years old, male. Worked about 7 days in a row. After work, I went over to my friends house to watch the raptors game and something bad happened. I went to high five him and we missed. He hit me at the corner of forehead on the right side. It really stung. He hit me hard. It wasnt like he punched me in the face. It hurt. I took it well thou. My neck didnt sway. Thank god. I got a head ache after the fact

The anxiety kicked in. There was some redness for sure. I iced it for 1 hour and it felt better. Today i still have a head ache. So i think this is a combination of anxiety and the hit to the head.

So i am resting and also slowing down. What else can i do? I have been here before and i just wait it out, rest and slow down. I know this pain will go away. I have the worse luck.

What else can i do?

Get help with your anxiety. Get back to life.

your on the money Mark. Its been almost 2 days and I feel almost normal. My anxiety symptoms last 1-2 days. Anyway, I am gonna get my anxiety treated. I already made an appointment with my doctor and hopefully he can give me a referral to a mental health professional. Hopefully I can afford it.

Alex
