Elbow pain and body twitching

I joined this forum because I am having some issues and haven't had much luck with doctors yet. I have had numbness in my left forearm and pain in my elbow for about 5 months now.

I was originally diagnosed with a compressed ulnar nerve but after an ultrasound and EMG showed the nerve was not compressed or inflamed.

Over the past month I have developed muscle twitches all over my body that range from minor to moderate and visible. I have seen several doctors and my blood work has come back normal several times.

I have increased my potassium, magnesium, and vitamin D intake, and I am getting enough calcium. I have a cervical MRI scheduled but I don't have neck pain and my Dr is doing it because they can't find anything else at this point.

I am a 34 Year old male in good shape with no known health issues.

Any help in finding out what is going on with me or getting relief would be very helpful.

Hi Lex86 I am experiencing very similar symptoms as you are. I am also 34 years old/male and am otherwise a healthy person.

I just posted a thread in this forum that describes more of my symptoms that you can refer to if you'd like more background. I am also having a cervical MRI performed later this week and am anxious what the results will be. The common issue I have experienced the entire 9 months is the dull-achy left shoulder pain and no one has been able to tell me what this might be. I am considering asking the Neurologist for an MRI of the shoulder and/or a spinal tap which might provide additional clues.

I'm assuming by now you have had your Cervical MRI performed, how did that go for you? Take care and let me know if you have any questions or have made any progress.
