Gums and facial pain a month after molar extraction

Hi!

My molar was extracted exactly a month ago. A week after the extraction, the tooth beside my extracted molar has been very sensitive. It is painful every time it is touched. I thought it was just because I'm still healing from the extraction, but after 2 weeks the pain from the place where my tooth was extracted and the nearby tooth has been elevating. It gets worst everyday. Now it has been exactly a month and the pain goes up to my ear already. I have been taking pain killers to aid with the pain but it's only for a few hours. I hope this is not something serious. My extracted area was healed, no redness at all or any sign that something is bad. Please advise on what to do. I havent visited a dentist yet, coz I have been travelling and I won't be home atleast for another month.

I知 12 days post extraction. Left lower molar. I am in extreme pain a it almost feels like deep nerve pain. I知 supposed to go back in tomorrow to get the site
Reopened and flushed. But I知 scared to make the situation worse. I知 using Ice
Packs around the clock. Ibuprofen. Now I知 on steroids and more antibiotics. I have no idea why this hurts so bad. But I am miserable. It almost feels like my mouth is burning on that side. I can稚 handle it. I wish I had more answers. But know you are not alone.
