Walked into dumbbell while looking down, sudden stop by no hit, flare up?

So I was walking looking down at my phone, going slow, but my foot walked into a weight and jammed and i stopped and it felt sudden and I felt like a jar up my neck and through my head. I'm feeling anxious because it felt strong going up my neck.
It was a sudden stop because the weight did not move.
I'm getting a headache on the right after it happened.
What is going on here?
Clearly your foot is far from your head. I felt it in my head though.

This is absolutely nothing but an anxiety reaction. You need to address this and stop panicking every time your body makes an unexpected movement. Some people made good suggestions in your previous threads. Have you followed these suggestions?

Anxiety can be reduced over time but does not go away on its own. I think you should seriously acknowledge the problem and be very proactive in trying to solve it.

Also, you were lucky to only hit your foot. Walking while looking at the phone is not a good idea.

I believe it was very much muscular and from the jarring of looking down so I just focused on trying to relax the muscles. I’m pursuing neurofeedback to help

I have been there many times so trust me when I say, that nothing happened and that you will be fine as soon as your nervous system has calmed down.

Best regards

Similar situation

Similar situation but walked faster into the foot of a chair... no impact to upper body! But of course, I felt upset, felt like it stopped me in my tracks and made me wobble.
I really feel disturbed by the sudden hit against my foot and like it did something to my head.
I don’t know if I’m just losing my cool because of anxiety but it really feels like something jarred me in the midst of fast walking.
