Seems Mari may be having problems logging in, but is not getting the replies I am sending her via the Contact Us emails she is sending, as she keeps asking for help, even though I keep replying.

If anyone has her direct contact info, could you ask her to check her junk/spam box as the emails with replies to help her may be going there?

I had her number but couldn't find it in my address book. that is a mystery. I wish she would call me to relay a message.

she is getting all the automated replies and she answers them but they don't work. there is some error she is doing but she doesn't know what.
