Parkinson's and fear

I'm living with Parkinson's, which deteriorated greatly when I moved house. I live alone in a tiny flat. Had to give up driving. Struggled with Madopar, which when increased from basic dose, gave me nightmares and insomnia. Other things have happened, such as my father being ill (my parents live 25 miles from me) and friends going into hospital. One friend who had helped me a lot with lifts, had a slight accident recently when I was with him. He appeared to lose concentration, and i think he might have to consider whether he should give up driving.
There is sometimes a lack of privacy where I'm living, with workmen appearing at my windows, which is quite unnerving.
I've had to get used to a number of new things, like internet grocery shopping.
My walking is slow, and i often feel as if I'm moving about on a boat. Seeing neurologist later today. I have felt neglected since being on Madopar. I hope he can help me. Everything about Parkinson's and about medications scares me at the moment.
I am lonely and depressed, and often anxious. I've lost 2 stones in weight, and my clothes hang off me. I need to get new clothes, but it's not easy to go clothes shopping in my situation.
Spoke about these matters on social media. Some people responded helpfully, others not so. Therefore I've joined this site, which is hopefully a more suitable place to share these things.
Yoga has been helpful. It has reminded me that there is more to life than the empty day to day struggles I've experienced since I moved here and the Parkinson's worsened.
Took me a while to find New Thread button. I put a similar post on New Reply, and now I can't find it...
