Please please help me
 

41M, 1.71m height, Citalopram for depression, ADD, Sicca, Chronic paraesthesia, never smoked, don't drink. Started 2 years ago with dry eyes and mouth. Live in UK, under NHS. Rashes.

This has got steadily worse and worse. Doctors have got me nowhere. Specialist Rheaumatologist diagnosed me after lip biopsy with Sicca not Sjogrens then discharged me. GPs will not refer me to Neurologist as they have no serious concerns despite pain also sounding like SFN. Lost all faith in the NHS.

Do you know which medications I should be taking for chronic paraesthesia and when I wear a jumper or coat my skin hurts. I get indentations all over very easily, and I have dry body problems. Gabapentin? Amitriptyline? Duloxetine? I have very sensitive skin now, dry hair, eyes, and the prickling is worst in my forearms (palm side) and legs. Hair has dried out and thinning. Lost my Spanish ex and dreams of moving to Spain. 2 years ago I was in perfect health and super fit
