Prolotherapy clinics in mid-Atlantic US

I have decided to get prolotherapy for my neck. Does anyone have any recommendations, warnings, or experiences of particular prolotherapy clinics in the area of New York City?

I don't have a referral but I do remember that there are some prolotherapy specialists in New Jersey. Years ago, there was leading work done at a clinic in NJ. Look for a specialist with years and years of experience. Prolotherapy has a lot of new comers.

Thanks Mark. I actually live in New Jersey, and indeed googling has turned up a good number of prolo clinics nearby.

Out of curiosity, even if you don't know of any particular practitioners, have you heard of anyone benefiting from prolotherapy? It seems to be mentioned here relatively frequently, but I don't think I've heard of anyone who actually decided to go for treatment.

It has helped some who have unstable ligaments in the upper neck. Do your homework/due diligence to find a good practitioner. There is also PRP, Platelet Rich Plasma. It works similar to Prolo is triggering healing response.

The key issue will be your own discipline to not strain the injured area by sleeping with poor posture and putting strain on the ligaments.
