Question re where best to post

Hi
Been reading around the various threads and wanted advice on where best to post if user has issues which span various different topics?

It is best to put all issues under one thread or post separately in multiple sections? For example: mental health; physical & neurological problems; grief & loss.

Either way is fine, and sometimes issues overlap or are related so combining would work well.
