Regrets, I Have a Couple I Am Reminded of Daily
 

Let's see if we can generate some "social" chit chat with this one.....

As I've aged to the ripe age of 81, I reflect back on my life a Lot...and have really no great Regrets except 2 I live with daily.

One a hip replacement in 2010 at 72 that has left me with so much damage to my whole right side of my body...advanced OA, nerve damage, IT band damage, worse knee and feet. If I had NOT done that replacement I think of where I could be today.


The other is doing Prolotherapy injections in my knee to help me to avoid knee surgery from the hip damage done....had I stopped at the 4 sessions and didn't go for the 5th where the doc hit a spot that really hurt and ended up causing terrible staph injection in the knee and had me in hospital and rehabs for 4.5 months, this in 2016-2017...and now I live with all that damage from not walking for about 3 months.


So both regrets are medically induced.


Anyone want to talk about Regrets...

I have far far more Gratitudes in my Life, but these issues, oh brother.
