PCS/TBI recovery
at what point do the odds become over-whelming that the symptoms still going on or being experienced will be long term ones??? (as in they are NOT going away, but may still improve) at 3 months, at 6 months, at 9 months, at 1 year........

There is no standard progression.
What is know is simple. Those who had a pre-injury struggle with OCD, anxiety, and/or depression are at risk for long recoveries until the successfully treat their underlying anxiety and depression. |
Measure yourself on progress, not cures. Keep a notebook so you can go back and verify your progress. It's very easy to get discouraged, but these notes will remind you of how far you have come. Have a loved one assist you in note keeping and reviewing.
Also, don't overlook diet. I'm convinced that long term, that's your best cure. |
