Managing Prednisone Abdominal Bloat
 

I've been on Prednisone for a few months now and have had to with the occasional abdominal bloating. I am also taking antibiotics to prevent any critters from causing havoc on my intestines. I eat small portions through the day and have reduced my sugar and bread intake. I don't eat a meal after about 4PM and I do not eat fast food.

Does anyone have a magic remedy for decreasing abdominal bloating?
