I'm new

Hi I'm new.
I had a concussion two months ago, and now have Pcs.
I fluctuate between total hopelessness and chirpy optimism.
My head fuzzes up without warning.....
I am under a specialist concussion team which comprises a physio, an or and neurologist if needed.
I need some support please from people like me.
Love and Light and a few tears

I think basically take it easy and get plenty of sleep. You're going to have to pace yourself as your brain is not working 100%, you can't force through it the brain won't let you. It will be frustrating not being as active but it will pay off.

Same thing here - car door.. ugh
It’s been 5 months.. almost recovered but then got a setback from bumping into a doorway on the dark.. be careful and patient; sadly for me I had to turn down all social life, work - the only way was to get better ..hang in there, you are not alone

Head injuries are unlike any other injuries. You can't push through and speed up your recovery. Attempting to push harder just delays the healing. That was the most frustrating part for my son. He made it through after 18 months of hell.

Don't overlook diet. Some podcasts we used for information and encouragement: Dave Asprey Bulletproof, Dr. Mark Hyman's Broken Brain, Daniel Amen's Brain Warriors Way. Lot's of hope and solutions by these gents...
