Two Root Canals with bloody nose
 

I was told that I needed to have two root canals in my morals 15 and 3 I believe. Both too molars in the back. So I was waiting for the dentist to be able to fit me in with the anesthesiologist. So I noticed that I had a very large lump on my forehead near the front of my scalp. After I did get my two root canals I was told I had a pretty bad nose bleed. After I was sent home my nose continued to bleed and have a runny nose. I was feeling the lump on my forehead and it had decreased in size a great deal. Any idea what this could be?
