Brain bleed

In 2012 I got into a severe car wreck. I had To be extracted by the jaws of life. I was In ICU for 3 days, my brain was bleeding and I fractured My pelvis bone in 4 places. I looked Into long term effects of brain injuries a while ago, and never really touched the subject since. Last night I watched The Aaron Hernandez documentary and the thought of having CTE lingers in my mind. Looking back, I feel As if I make more rash decisions after my incident. Def feel as if I have Worse mood swings. And just certain things are different about me that I cant Exactly explain. I am Wondering could CTE be possible. And if not, then what exactly are the long term effects of traumatic brain injury. And is there anything I can Do to promote a healthy brain?
