Post root canal pain and odd sensations

Hello also new here. I had a upper left tooth pain that started last summer on the molar next to the canine. I waited it out to see if it would improve but finallly ended up having a root canal. I thought it was better but it still hurt so the tooth was retreated twice before being completed. Pain still present to the neighboring tooth was given a root canal. I thought that did the trick but the pain is back. I am feeling an odd burning sensation in the gums and both teeth are still tender to tapping. There were no cracks visible in the roots and a 3d xray did not show any problems or overfilling of the canals. According to the Endo everything went well and no real issue were seen.

How does Atipical facial pain act or also Phantom Tooth pain? Could this have been a nerve issue all along? I am now pretty concerned about the fact it is not getting better. The pain does now wake me at night and tylenol takes the edge off.

That meant to read the pain does not wake me up at night. However as the day progresses and I eat or brush my teeth the pain comes back. Pushing up on all the teeth on teh upper left side triggers a throb and all the teeth from the eye tooth back hurt.

Hi! Have you resolved your issue? Or maybe you have any updates? I'm experiencing something very similar and desperately trying to find some answers.

No resolution no clear cut answers. I am leaning towards an extraction I have had this for over 1 year and it's wearing me down.
