Slammed head standing up

Hi guys,

So my first concussion was October 2018. A window fell out of its tracks while I was closing it directly on the top right of my head. It took me a good 6 months to fully recover and had a couple setbacks with anxiety and bumps.

2 days ago I was on a bus and stood up very quickly, and bumped the top of my head pretty hard. I got a slight headache but I tried not to focus on it and it went away. My anxiety of bumping my head has gotten better, so I really didn't freak out, but last night I really started feeling all the same symptoms again (dizziness, out of it, tired) and it's continuing today.
It was a short distance but a pretty hard hit, and also worried because it was pretty much the same place as before.

I'm trying to think it's not a concussion and just anxiety because I know how powerful the mind is, but I am so worried I gave myself another concussion.

Any thoughts?

Thanks guys

What does it matter if you suffered another concussion?

Doctors do not treat concussions. They only treat some of the symptoms.

STOP looking or checking for symptoms. Stop defining every sensation as a concussion symptom.

If you have symptoms, deal with them. Let go of this "Did I get another concussion?" BS thinking. It only drags you down.

Where are people getting all of their thoughts of every head bump is a catastrophic injury?
