Hi midashomes64

Welcome to NeuroTalk :).

Some members have used LDN. If you use the Search function (https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php) with naltrexone as a search string you will be able to find threads where it has been discussed.

These two papers may also be of interest to you.

Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN)—Review of Therapeutic Utilization

The use of low-dose naltrexone (LDN) as a novel anti-inflammatory treatment for chronic pain

Best wishes.

I gave it a good 6 months some yrs ago with the urging of the LDN yahoo group and never got past the .5mg dosage. Horrible constipation for starters and it just didn''t do anything for me. This was for OA issues as I was trying to avoid a hip surgery, well I did hip surgery and ended up with nasty neuropathy. I won't try LDN again.

I understand some with MS do good with it but tried to get my sister to work with it but she would not. Hope it helps you.
