How to sleep with NTOS

Hi everyone :)

Apparently I've NTOS in my right arm. I'm currently working on my sleep posture since I tend to have more pain when waking up.

Any advices?

Thanks a lot :)

I recall posts on sleeping on back and propping arms, elbows where ever it felt best for that person.. A good mattress & pillow that doesn't tilt head too much helps..
Stomach sleep with arms above the head or under pillow is not good.. especially bad if low back issues, or arm blood flow issues..

I'm not sure if ANY sleep positions actually help. I've tried it all and none of the tips on YouTube, nor by my physical therapist helped. Sitting up was the only way I avoided waking with numb hands and fingers. I eventually began sleeping with my travel pillow around my neck. Although physical therapy has helped with managing the pain, sleeping is still very much a struggle. I still wake in the middle of the night (which keeps me up until the sun comes up) trying to get the numbness to subside.
