CDR short form mistake

Just filled out my cdr short form. Made a mistake on the signature line and the date line.

Started to write 1 instead of 02 for month. Fixed it, but, the “0” is now a little heavily inked.

On the signature line, I went slightly out of the signature box at the bottom. Just a slight bit.

But, now I’m freaking out because it may get kicked out of the computer for being out of box slightly.

Do you guys think that’s going to be an issue?

If that’s the only thing, I doubt it will be an issue.
