CRPS and coronovirus
I was wondering if having CRPS made me more vulnerable to getting the virus. This article says that we are more susceptible not only to getting it, but to getting a bad case of it. The intent here is to provide information so that everyone will be extra cautious. Wash your hands often and if possible avoid large crowds. I had to go to my doctors office for a pre surgical physical. There were only 3 people, including me, in this big waiting room. One of the guys was wearing a mask and he sits down right next to me. I didnt care if it appeared rude, I got up and moved away, I mean really!? Even if he was wearing it just to protect himself y would you sit right next to someone with all the talk about keeping space between people when there were 100 other chairs? Sigh, sorry that was just my little rant. Here is a link to the article.

Personally I believe no matter what health conditions we are challenged with, we need to keep our immune system strong as best we can. I take daily higher doses of Vit C and Grape Seed Extract is a powerful immune system whatever each person can use for their immune systems is valuable.

And Don't Let the Media Crush Your Spirits. The Media is causing all this panic and hoarding that is running wild.

Always be aware of drug and supplement interactions.

I have read mixed reviews on whether we're truly more susceptible so I am taking caution and boosting my immune system as best I can but not panicking. I work in Healthcare IT and a still going to work because I have bills to pay so kind of avoiding where I can but still having to take some risks here and there. My husband is self employed and we're going to be looking at substantial loss of income there so taking time off work isn't an option right now.

Thank you for your reply and for your work. I appreciate healthcare workers now more then ever. I believe there is alot they just don't know yet about this nasty virus. So taking necessary precautions is all you can do if you are "boots on the ground", sorry to hear it is going to impact you financially. In truth, it is going to hit the entire world economy, so I think it will be a bumpy ride for awhile.
Keeping immune system strong is a great idea, cant go wrong there.
Take care,

Honestly it's all we can do! Wash your hands, wash your hands, wash your hands. Also if you go out at all take your shoes off outside, put everything in the washing machine immediately and take a shower as soon as you get home. It seems excessive but those are instructions we have gotten at work.

We will get through this together and then pick up whatever pieces we can.

Curious - what are all of your PM doctors doing? Mine is still having appts for now.
