has anyone developed syncope AFTER getting a brain injury (concussion/TBI) ??

There are many triggers for syncope (fainting).

Try Google POTS. If you have a smart watch with heart rate monitor, then try lying down and then see if your heart rate increases much when standing up... Just one possibility among many for fainting, but not that uncommon after a concussion.
