Please help- Pec Minor- TOS issues

im 39 male and in great shape. Workout and run every day.

Had bad pain about 3 years ago below clavicle and bad chest pains and below armpit. Saw Dr. Pearl in Dallas and had pec minor release in December. The first month went well and he said to return to activities so i lifted and ran again.

Fast forward to March and ive felt awful. My quality of life has gone to crap and now i get back headaches, shortness of breath, and a weird disorentation/feeling of passing out. it also hurts in my hands to write or type. Aching feeling on top of the hands and in the middle finger

It happens later in the day after i workout. do you think this is nerve related or vein/artery? I asked Pearl and he kind of shrugged it off and said to give it more time. Why would i be feeling this bad after surgery?

I feel like im always grasping for air. Whats odd is if i take a valium or muscle relaxer i feel better.

My quality of life sucks and i dont know what to do. any feedback is appreciated.

I wouldn't risk any more possible issues by lifting or doing any aggravating activities..

Plenty of other fitness activities that are whole body focussed.

You might seek out a few expert PT or chiropractors...see what they say..

Explore our TOS sticky threads, the PT , trigger point info might be helpful..

Look into top rib mobilization to see if that might fit.
But really a expert PT evaluation or expert chiro that does PT modalities along with adjusting..can be very helpful..

Posture? head forward, shoulder forward or hunched??

self care ideas-
