What does this enhancement mean?

MRI for 9 months of back pain indicates hemangiomas in T7, T9 and T10. 1 was there in 2016. ER+ Breast cancer in 2016. No bone mets. What does this mean from impression:

Enhancement along the dorsal and ventral surface of the cord involving the nerve roots. No associated cord signal abnormality is seen. Findings are nonspecific in appearance and can be seen in leptomeningeal metastatic disease or secondary due to infectious. inflammatory etiology. Linear over the dorsal surface.

Could this also mean that my aromatase inhibitor is not working due to the fact that these have grown?

Hi SaraMack

Welcome to NeuroTalk :).

Your doctor should know more about this than I do but as far as I can make out joint pain is a known side-effect of aromatase inhibitor treatment but does not seem to be related to the presence of hemangiomas.

Best wishes.
