Dizziness, two jars to the body during housework

Hello,
Has anyone ever had this before? How did you make it go away? Is it neck related?
I’m having the worst flare I’ve had in a long time of feeling dizzy, fogginess, and head sensations and pressure.
I was walking quickly and turned up my stairs and hit my left elbow that was ticking out on a railing.
Today, I was unplugging something from my tv and on the way down, I cracked my right elbow on the wooden platform under it.
It was right under me so it jarred me again.
I’ve been feeling just so sick.
I feel like these two things jarred my body. I heard my
Neck crack during the second one

Hit my head on a ceiling fan!! Help

I was going to kill a spider off of me bed and when I was walking back, I walked off the bed with one foot in a way and came down hard. I was nervous and I got up on my bed again and I bumped my head bumped into the ceiling fan. I don’t know if I was standing up or walking off,
But I wasn't moving at full speed, but I bumped my head into the fan and it moved. I'm really nervous because I also walked off of the bed suddenly which is a few feet off of the ground.

Is this enough force to cause injury? Calling doctors tomorrow

Update since head bump on fan

Neurologist said not a concussion but it still feels like one. Have had headaches and at times an intense “nauseas head” feeling and just fog. Fatigue. Wooziness. Really not sure what to make of this. It’s not the worst symptoms I’ve had but I feel it’s not how I was

You will never feel the way you were until you stop paying attention so much to how you feel now.
