Anyone ever have issues with scapula?

I was diagnosed wjth TOS and had my left pec minor cut 4 months ago

I was feeling better and back to lifting and running and about two weeks ago I started having this horrible pain below my armpit and below my scapula. I also have headaches and a tight scalene on the left side

I have good days and bad but when it’s bad I feel like I’m going to pass out it’s so bad

Please tell me there is hope with conservative treatment ? I’m scared to stretch or massage or lift in fear of flaring it up

I wouldn't tempt any added injury by continuing to lift weights..

Try the search tool for more info on many of your concerns..
And explore our sticky threads, lots of helpful info in them.

I have a shoulder injury so not able to type longer replies..
Many questions & topics have been posted about in the past..

I forgot to add the link for site search - https://www.neurotalk.org/search.php

There is hope with conservative treatment.. doing your home work & finding expert providers is a big part of it...and it takes a lot of time & self care and avoiding aggravating activities.. Maybe a year of focused healing..maybe not , it all depends on you and who you find as treatment provider.. don't stay with anyone if you feel there is no progress.....or if they push you to do things that add pain...or waste your time..

Many want a fast fix, or aren't able to find those special providers that are really helpful..
