i play music but that still doesn't put me to sleep. sleeping pills or chamomile tea don't work either.

I have my WHOLE sleep remedy in the Sleep Apnea area here. I worked it out years ago and still do some tweaking as I've gotten older. I sleep a good 8-10 hrs nightly....SLEEP IS VITAL and it's so so so so sad so many don't. It's the answer to SO MUCH of our health issues.

This may sound strange.. but you might look up some ASMR videos on you tube... for sleep/relaxation
Or there are many sleep & relaxation videos of waves, streams, rain, thunder, forest sounds , birds , chimes.... whatever helps best for you..

Low barometric pressure when the weather changes affects my sleep , and now it seems a full moon does the same.. moon affects tides, and our body is a large % of water.. so maybe...

I have found what is called sleep hygiene (learning and then applying good habits for sleeping well) is very effective.
