Problem finding a good diagnosis for my cognitive problems.

I have been recently experiencing a dull headache( esp the right side), short term memory problems, difficulty concentrating and sometimes cognitive confusion. I am not able to find the reason why.
Notes:

I have always had problems with directions, I find it hard to remember places and routes. However, I have always had good analytical skills ( maths).

I started having migraines 5 years ago.

I have Gilbert's Syndrome.

I do not sleep well enough and it has been like that for years.

I have been to many neuronogists, done many tests and all of them said to me that everything is ok with my mind and they think it is just a migraine.

You're symptoms are not far from mine, albeit I'm diagnosed with actual ADHD. I think sometimes the 'issues' can be diffuse, sometimes (for example) it feels like my head is about to explode.
