Jolting and Head Jerks Causing Symptoms

I am 16 months out from my original concussion, which was followed by another one four months later. I have had PCS and bad anxiety since.

A few weeks ago I jumped off the back of a pick up truck onto grass and jarred my neck/head, which I believe was a new concussion. I've been getting treatment for the past couple weeks which has helped.

I have an issue where any bump, jerk or jolt causes bad symptoms. Today I was laying down icing my neck (with a gel ice pack) and my head involuntary jerked to the side twice, causing the lower part of my skull to hit into the ice pack. Does that sound like it could be damaging? I typically don't worry too much about these uncontrollable heads jerks, but I don't know if it bumping into the ice pack could have done me in again.

I went to concussion PT this morning as well, so that could have also triggered symptoms.
