In which subforum of neurotalk can I post a sleep journal?
 

I recently changed my sleep medication and was wanting to make a sleep/insomnia journal on neurotalk. Is it appropriate to do that in the "Sleep Apnea and Sleep Disorders" subforum, or should I do it in another subforum?

The Sleep Disorders forum is for all issues related to sleep problems.
We don't have forums specifically for individual journaling per se, but you are welcome to start a thread in that forum and then add to it as you progress with your sleep issues.
