OP: I have no experience with L.M. or MS but to go thru my sister's battle with MS which she lost some yrs ago....if it were me I would try just about everything for severe health issues I could have. This L.M. looks quite interesting and there is a lot of info on it and with MS..... Now I have experience with Grape Seed Ex and know also it's suggested for MS patients....my sister refused to take it though.

bringing this thread back - Lion's Mane and your brain!! I do not suffer from MS but I began taking LM recently for brain health. Finding I am APOE 3/4 - I figure I will do everything I can.
