Hit on side of head by plexiglass

I’m a 20 year old male with post concussion syndrome and anxiety from a lifetime of sports and being a reckless crazy child.

I was a work today moving a plexiglass divider on wheels. I had to bring it inside and i pulled it too hard causing it to tilt over and hit me on the side of the head before I was able to control it. The plexiglass structure isn’t too heavy, it’s heavy but a very strong wind would make it fall over probably. The hit was not super hard or anything, I didn’t feel if my head got moved by, it probably did but it didn’t feel like my head got moved much at all tbh.

Fml 3 - YouTube here is the structure in question

However it instantly made me absolutely panic. Currently I’m quite worried it caused further damage to my brain. Thoughts on if it caused damage or not? I’m really devastated I don’t know what to do cause I have so much extremely important stuff to do next week and people who are relying on me for it to get done. I’m directing a couple videos that absolutely cannot be rescheduled and involve many people and moving pieces that I’m responsible for. What do I do? Someone please give me some advice...
