Inositol and Neuropathy
 

I've been taking Inositol for some yrs and I believe before the Neuropathy hit me as hard as it has....my issues are from Hip Replacement Surgery.

Along the Way I was also informed about Inosine for Neuropathy.

Both these are from the B vitamin family. I take both.

My issues are with me just about 10 yrs from the surgery and some days are tolerable and some days not great...

But foods do have a huge bearing on all this: Cut way back on Sugars and Carbs...
