Anyone out there who can say their neuropathy plateaud? Stopped getting worse?

Looking for folks who have experienced a plateau to their symptoms.

My 10 yrs long issue is NOT worse. Improved with all I do.

My PN thankfully has not gotten worse over the last 9 years. There are some periodic flares where it does seem a bit worse, but that's of short duration.
