Sirenita48,
Welcome to NeuroTalk. Concussions often include a neck injury. Icing your neck can be helpful. You can make your own crush-able icebags. Mix 1 cup of rubbing/isopropyl alcohol with 2 cups water. Put it in a freezer zip lock bag and squeeze most of the air out. Freeze it. When frozen, it will crush a mold to any shape. How to Make Your Own Gel Ice Pack or Moist Heat Pack Neck inflammation can contribute to dizziness. |
Explore the sticky threads above on the PCS main page & reading other posts for ideas and information is very helpful..
Can you give a bit more information on how you got your concussion? Frontal hit, back of head, top of head , side hit? But most of those with force can cause added neck injury & soft tissue injury.. |
